How we handle the information you share with us.
This policy covers luxretreatspaso.com. It describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have tried to describe what actually happens rather than list every possibility.
If you complete the form on our property management page, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address, permitted status and permit number, bedroom and bathroom counts, HOA status, how you currently rent the home, your own use of it, and anything you write in the message field.
We use this to respond to your inquiry and to assess whether we can manage the property. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other property managers.
These submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are emailed to us.
The contact form on our home page does not send anything to us directly. It opens your own email application with a message ready to send. Nothing you type is stored by this website unless you choose to send that email.
Like most websites, ours is served by a host that keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability. This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Our property pages show live availability and pricing from Guesty, our property management system. Checking a price sends only the property, your dates and the number of guests. It does not send your name or contact details, and it does not create a booking.
Bookings are completed on our booking site at book.luxretreatspaso.com, operated by Guesty. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you book, the information you provide there — including payment details — is handled by those services under their own privacy policies. Card numbers are never entered on or stored by luxretreatspaso.com.
We share personal information only with the services needed to run this business:
We may also disclose information if required by law, including in response to a lawful request from the City of Paso Robles or another authority in connection with short-term rental permitting.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Homeowner inquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Booking and payment records are retained as long as required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request.
To make a request, email luxretreatspaso@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, particularly for deletion requests.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
