How much does management cost?

Yes. We work with short-term rental requirements across the region every day — including the City of Paso Robles, the City of Atascadero, and San Luis Obispo County — and can guide you through the permitting process, occupancy and transient occupancy tax obligations, and ongoing compliance so your home operates within local rules. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time, so we confirm the specifics for your property's location.
Who handles guests, check-in, and after-hours issues?
Under full-service management, we handle all guest communication from the first inquiry through checkout, including self check-in coordination and after-hours guest issues. You won't be called in the middle of the night for a lockout or a broken appliance — we manage it and keep you informed.
How is nightly pricing set?
We use a dynamic pricing strategy that adjusts nightly rates based on demand, seasonality, local events, and day of week rather than a fixed rate. Paso Robles has strong seasonal swings — harvest and event weekends command premium rates, while January and February are the lowest-demand months — and we manage pricing to capture the high-demand periods while keeping occupancy healthy in the off-season.
How and when do I get paid?
You receive payouts monthly, along with a statement showing bookings, revenue, and any deductions for the period. The management fee and any pre-agreed expenses are netted out, and the balance is paid to you. The exact timing is set out in your management agreement.
What areas do you manage properties in?
