Paso Panorama

◆ Private Hilltop — 5 Minutes to the Downtown Square
The Home

Up on a private hill with sweeping views over Paso Robles — and still less than five minutes from the downtown square. Just off the Highway 46 West Wine Trail, which is the combination most guests are looking for and rarely find: the views and the quiet of the hills, without a twenty-minute drive back to dinner.

A single-story midcentury-modern home on 3 acres, mixing new and vintage. The floor plan keeps the bedrooms private while the living room takes the views, and there's no staircase anywhere in the house. A 75-inch TV and an electric fireplace for the evenings.

Then the reason groups book it: a 14 by 26 foot swimming pool in a fenced area behind the house, a hot tub in a private nook, and a full game room in the garage with a bar, pool table, foosball, ping pong, poker and darts. Cornhole down the side of the house.

Good to Know
Is the pool heated?
No — the pool is unheated, so it's best in the warmer months. The hot tub is heated and ready when you arrive, at no extra charge, and that one works year round.
How far is downtown really?
Less than five minutes to the square. You're on a hill just off the Highway 46 West Wine Trail, so you get the views and the vineyards without the long drive back for dinner.
Are there stairs?
None. It's a single-story home throughout, which makes it one of the easier stays in the collection for anyone who'd rather avoid steps.
What's in the game room?
It's the converted garage: a bar, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, poker table and a dart board. French doors from the game room open to the pool area.
