Under the Oaks

◆ Oak Street — 5 Blocks to Downtown, West Side
The Home

A 1918 Craftsman on the west side of downtown Paso Robles, five blocks from the square. Old bones, western decor, and a newly remodelled kitchen with butcher-block counters — the kind of house that feels like Paso rather than like a rental.

One bedroom with a king, one remodelled bath with a walk-in shower, and a fully fenced backyard that's the real draw: open space, a spa, a fire pit, a gas BBQ and outdoor games. Built for two people who want to walk to dinner and not drive again until they leave.

Two of our other homes sit within a block — Midcentury Manor and Marvelous Midcentury, directly across the street. Booked together, the three sleep ten within one block of each other.

Good to Know
How far is downtown?
Five blocks — an easy walk to the square, the restaurants and the downtown tasting rooms. Park once and leave the car there.
Who is this home best for?
Couples. One bedroom, one bath, sleeping two — a wine weekend, an anniversary, or a few quiet nights rather than a group trip.
Can we book neighbouring homes for a larger group?
Yes. Midcentury Manor and Marvelous Midcentury share a lot directly across the street. Ask us and we'll coordinate the dates across all three.
How old is the house?
Built in 1918 — a genuine Craftsman, restored rather than rebuilt, with a remodelled kitchen and bathroom.
