Westside Spanish Bungalow

◆ Chestnut Street — Blocks to the Downtown Square
The Home

A Spanish bungalow on Chestnut Street, on the west side of Paso Robles and only blocks from the downtown core — the restaurants, the tasting rooms and the park square. Meticulously updated, but it still reads as the period house it is rather than a gut renovation.

The kitchen has butcher-block counters, subway tile, a vintage range and a breakfast nook. The formal dining room seats eight at a Spanish table and opens onto an entry courtyard that sits on a hill overlooking downtown — the best seat in the house at the end of an afternoon.

Both bedrooms have king beds. Out the back door, a covered patio in a garden setting with a hot tub, a gas BBQ and a table for four.

Good to Know
Where do we park?
On the street — there's plenty available. The driveway is reserved for the separate unit behind the home.
Is anyone else on the property?
There's a separate unit behind this home, but nothing is shared. Both homes are completely private, with their own outdoor space.
Does the fireplace work?
No — it's decorative only. The hot tub on the covered patio is the place to warm up on a cool evening.
Can we walk to downtown?
Yes — the home is only blocks from the downtown core, the park square and the restaurants. Park once and walk from there.
