The kitchen is small and extremely well equipped: a professional Wolf range, a Nespresso machine, an Insta-Pot, a stand mixer. No microwave, deliberately. Both bedrooms have king beds and their own walk-in showers, so two couples travel here without negotiating a bathroom.
Its sister home, Midcentury Manor, shares the same lot, and Under the Oaks sits across the street. Together the three sleep ten within one block.

No — that's deliberate. The kitchen has a professional Wolf range, a toaster oven with air fryer, an Insta-Pot and a full set of luxury cookware instead.
Is the spa heated?
Yes, and there's no charge. The four-person spa is heated and ready when you arrive.
